Newton Forge began work at St John’s College, Oxford University in March 2016. Creating modern Bronze handrails to the Auditorium at the University. The original building complex was a largely pre-cast concrete structure built in 1994. We designed, supplied and fitted a patinated bronze handrail and brackets to the top balcony. Internal concrete balconies and supportiqng structure and seating were all stripped out by the main contractor to allow a fresh start and implementation of a new vision.
